The service for our members is diverse. We offer information on all questions around the subject of cotton, whether it is cotton production, trade or quality. We inform about new developments and keep data and facts at the ready. We are independent and objective.

We are the guardian of the trade rules: The “Bremen Rules” have applied to the German cotton trade since 1872. They are valid for cotton trading contracts concluded in Germany and abroad.

The Bremen Cotton Exchange is an international arbitration body. Judgements of the Court of Arbitration of the Cotton Exchange are in accordance with the New York Convention of 1958.

We publish the “CIF” Bremen, the only price index based on quotations from Europe.
